3 Candle Signals Before a Big Move

Most people only notice a stock after it has already moved. Before that happens, the candles are usually giving small clues, if you know what to check. I recently studied this pattern on SONACOMS, and it is a good example of what those clues can look like. Signal 1: A weak candle (Score: -.09) The first candle printed a score close to zero. Not strongly negative, just indecisive. On its own, this told me nothing was worth acting on yet. Signal 2: A clearly negative candle (Score: -5.12) A couple of weeks later, a stronger negative candle showed up. This is the kind of candle that usually keeps retail traders on the sidelines, because it looks like weakness continuing. Signal 3: The candle that changed the picture (Score: 13.73) Then a candle scored 13.73, a sharp shift from the two candles before it. This is the kind of change I pay attention to, not the price move by itself, but how much the reading changed from the recent candles. What happened after From that zone, the stock moved sharply higher over the following months, without a major score-negative candle interrupting the move. What I check for Is the score changing direction, not just the price? Is the shift big enough to matter, or just noise? Does the candle after the shift confirm it, or reverse it? I am not saying every strong-score candle leads to a move like this. Some don't. SONACOMS is one example where the shift lined up with a larger move. Full breakdown with the chart in my video here. Everyone Talks About the 200 DMA. Almost Nobody Checks This Before Acting On It

Every second post says "the stock is near its 200 DMA, so buy" or "the stock broke its 200 DMA, so sell." I have been studying charts for about 3 years, and one thing I noticed is that the touch itself is not the signal. What the candle does at that level is. Same line, different outcomes Two stocks can reach the same 200 DMA and behave completely differently: One shows buyers stepping in, with volume and a strong close. The other shows a weak close, low volume, or a candle that turns negative on my Candle Score. If you act only because of the line, you treat both the same. What I check instead When price reaches this area, I look at: Is the Candle Score turning up or down at this level? Is volume supporting the move? Where is the candle closing in its range? A line is an area, not an exact price Price rarely reacts at one exact number. Treat the 200 DMA as a zone, and wait to see what the candle shows inside it. I am not saying this predicts every move. No indicator does. I use it to decide what is worth paying attention to, not to promise an outcome. Worked examples with charts: watch the full video below, where I show this on real charts. BSE Share: Was the Warning Already Visible? My Candle Score Breakdown

BSE Share looked strong near the top. But what if the warning was already visible? The first chart shows the area where my system detected a change in the candle behaviour. The second shows what happened afterwards. What caught my attention was the Candle Score: • Buyers Losing Strength: +0.26 Score • Warning Candle: -8.6 Score • After that: Price started moving into a sustained decline The interesting part is that the warning did not come from simply seeing a red candle. My Candle Score system looks at a combination of price action, volume, liquidity and market structure to understand what the candle may be indicating. A small positive score near the top followed by a much stronger negative score can become an important area to investigate. I’m not claiming the system predicts every move. The goal is to identify signals worth paying attention to before the broader move becomes obvious. This BSE example is one of the setups I use to test whether the framework can consistently detect changes in market behaviour. I’ve spent around 3 years building and testing this Candle Score system, and this is exactly the kind of market structure I’m trying to decode. Not every warning leads to a fall. But every strong move is worth studying for the signals that appeared before it. Educational and informational content only. Not SEBI-registered. This is not financial or investment advice. TCS Has Fallen a Lot Since 2024 - How My System Score Identified Warning Signals

TCS looked strong in 2024. But what if the warning was already visible? The first chart shows the area where the warning appeared. The second shows what happened afterwards. What caught my attention was the Candle Score: • Fake Bullish Setup: +3.7 Score • Buyers Exhausted - the last +3.7 was Retailers FOMO buying: +0.2 Score • Warning Candle - Smart Money started dumping: -5.18 Score This is exactly why I spent 3 years building and testing my Candle Score system - to identify warning signals by combining price action, volume, liquidity and market structure instead of judging a candle by its colour alone. I’m not claiming the system predicts every move. The goal is to spot signals worth paying attention to BEFORE the move becomes obvious. We’re trying to decode the smart-money footprints behind the candles and turn them into a systematic score. This TCS example is one of the setups I use to test the framework. If you’re interested in following how I’m building and testing the system, stick around. Educational and informational content only. Not SEBI-registered. This is not financial or investment advice.
